Mt SHasta Healer

Throughout the 19+ years of energy healing, I apply and create my own techniques. When I first started, I learned from my father, a master of the mystic brotherhood. I practiced energy healing that included filipino techniques for psychic surgery, shamanism, taoism, buddhism, mystic christianity, qigong, huna, reiki, and more. Healing is achieved regardless of distance. I am based as a Mt Shasta Healer that facilitates virtual energy healing and can also be flown out to locations around the world for more heavy duty healing situations.

The Art of Sending Healing Energy: The art of sending healing energy stands out as a powerful and compassionate endeavor that goes beyond physical boundaries. Rooted in various traditions, this method taps into the interconnectedness of all beings. In this article, we explore the principles and techniques that guide the process of sending healing energy to someone in need.

Understanding the Essence of Healing Energy:

Healing energy, often known as life force or chi, is the vital energy that sustains all living things. The belief that this energy can be harnessed and directed for the well-being of others is central to many spiritual and holistic practices. Whether you're a seasoned energy healer or exploring the concept for the first time, the intention behind sending healing energy is to facilitate balance and restoration on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Principles of Sending Healing Energy:

Intention and Focus:

The foundation lies in a clear and positive intention. Focus your thoughts on the well-being of the person you wish to support. Your intention acts as a guiding force for the energy you send.

Visualization:

Visualization is a powerful tool. Picture the recipient surrounded by a sphere of healing light or envision their body in a state of vibrant health. The mind's eye can influence the flow of healing energy.

Connection Through Breath:

Use conscious breathing to establish a connection. Inhale positive energy, exhale any negativity. Visualize your breath carrying healing energy to the recipient.

Hands-On or Distant Healing:

Depending on your practice, send healing energy through physical touch or from a distance. Reiki practitioners often use their hands, while others may visualize the energy traveling across space.

Heart-Centered Focus:

Engage your heart center by tapping into feelings of love, compassion, and empathy. Imagine these emotions flowing from your heart and enveloping the person in a warm embrace of healing energy.

Techniques for Sending Healing Energy:

Focused Meditation:

Dedicate a session specifically to sending healing energy. Visualize the person surrounded by light, allowing your thoughts to dwell on their well-being.

Sending Positive Thoughts:

Throughout the day, send positive thoughts and intentions. This can be done silently or spoken aloud, reinforcing your commitment to their healing.

Affirmations:

Create healing affirmations and repeat them with the person in mind. Affirmations channel positive energy and contribute to a mindset of wellness.

Energetic Tools:

If you work with crystals, charge them with healing energy and send them as a symbolic and energetic support. Crystals like rose quartz and amethyst are often associated with healing intentions.

Sending healing energy is an empowering and altruistic practice that transcends physical limitations. Whether you're a practitioner of established energy healing modalities or someone extending positive thoughts and intentions, the essence lies in the purity of your intention and the genuine connection you establish with the person in need. As you explore and incorporate these techniques into your practice, remember that the energy you send is a gift of support, comfort, and healing for the well-being of others.
